BIHAR FINANCE ACT, 1949

S.1 Short title, extent and commencement.-

       (1) This may be called the Bihar Finance Act, 1949.
       (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Bihar.
       (3) It shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 1949.
