GUJARAT ACT NO. 20 OF 2006

AN ACT to repeal the Bombay Relief Undertakings (Special Provisions) Act, 1958, in its application to the State of Gujarat. It is hereby enacted in the Fifty-seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
This Act may be called the Bombay Relief Undertakings (Special Provisions) (Gujarat Repeal) Act, 2006.

The Bombay Relief Undertakings (Special Provisions) Act, 1958, in its application to the State of Gujarat is hereby repealed.
