An Act for amending the Bengal Code in regard to sales of land for arrears of revenue.
There shall be no demand of interest or penalty upon any arrear of land-revenue.
[1] Formal words which were repealed by the Repealing Act, 1874 (16 of 1874), are omitted.
[2] The words and figures " which shall fall due after the date specified in s. 83 of this Act " which were repealed by ibid are omitted.
